CyberExam Refund Policy

At CyberExam, we prioritize your satisfaction with our services. We are confident that you will find value in what we offer. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund.

1. Monthly Membership Subscriptions:

• Monthly subscriptions to CyberExam are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for. If you choose to cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service for the remainder of your billing cycle, but a refund will not be issued.

2. Annual Membership Subscriptions:

• Annual subscriptions come with a 7-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund provided you have not accessed or downloaded any course material. After the initial 7 days or if course materials have been accessed or downloaded within the initial 7 days, we cannot offer a refund.

3. Single Course Purchases:

• If you are dissatisfied with a single course purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the course material. After 7 days or if the course materials have been accessed or downloaded within the initial 7 days, we cannot offer a refund.

4. Exceptions:

• We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis if there are extenuating circumstances. For instance, we may grant a refund if you encountered technical difficulties that prevented you from accessing the platform or if there was a course-related issue that was not resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service department at support@cyberexam.io. When reaching out for a refund, include your email address, the purchase invoice, and a brief explanation of why you are seeking a refund. 

We encourage our customers to explore our platform using our freemium license offering before making a purchase to ensure that it aligns with their requirements.
